By accessing our website, booking a strategy consultation, or executing a Service Agreement with Custom Horizon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access our services.

Custom Horizon operates as a Growth and Automation Studio providing digital infrastructure, GoHighLevel CRM configuration, reputation management automations, paid ad management, and AI systems implementation for businesses. Specific deliverables, scope, and service tiers are detailed in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. User Obligations & Compliance

When utilizing our systems or receiving services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding telemarketing, data privacy, and commercial electronic messaging (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA carrier guidelines).
• Ensure you possess valid consent from all contacts uploaded into any CRM or database reactivation campaign.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, custom code, proprietary workflows, documentation, and graphic designs created by Custom Horizon remain the intellectual property of Custom Horizon LLC until explicitly assigned or licensed under an active client service contract. Third-party software (e.g., GoHighLevel, Meta, Google) is subject to the respective provider's terms.

5. Fees & Billing

Recurring service tiers (e.g., Tier 1 Launch Offer at $470/month) are billed in advance on a 30-day recurring basis unless specified otherwise in your agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once technical configuration work has commenced.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and software systems are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we employ proven optimization methodologies and data-driven campaigns, Custom Horizon makes no express guarantees regarding specific revenue figures or lead volumes, as results depend on market conditions, client sales execution, and third-party advertising algorithms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Horizon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, CRM platforms, or communications tools.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
